Fitness; simplified

Call it a passion project. Fitips started out as a daily newsletter, and turned into a weekly breakdown of fitness concepts. My goal with it is to make fitness applicable to anyone. In my years in the fitness industry, I found that failure to meet goals most often came about due to a lack of fundamental understanding. I’m not special in my work ethic, or genetics, but I have been able to stay in good shape due to simply understanding things. That’s why I started Fitips. To teach concepts quickly, and in a way that brought about true understanding.
